Happy To Be Here LLC ("we," "us") provides missed-call follow-up messaging on behalf of small service businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains what information we handle and how.

What we collect

When you call a Client's business phone number and the call is not answered, we receive your phone number and, if you reply to our text, the content of your messages. We may also receive a voicemail transcription if you leave one. We do not collect payment information, and we do not purchase, rent, or obtain phone numbers from any third party.

How we use it

Solely to pass your request to the business you called so they can call you back. Your number and messages are shared with that one business and with no one else.

Mobile information and non-sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging program

• Program: Missed-call follow-up. You receive a text only after you have called a Client's business and the call was not answered.
• Message frequency: Varies. Typically 2–6 messages per conversation, only while you are actively replying. No recurring or scheduled messages.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive no further messages from that number.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Automated assistant

Replies to your texts are generated by an automated assistant acting on behalf of the business. Every conversation begins by identifying the business and stating that it is an assistant. It never claims to be a person.

Retention

Message records are kept for the business's operational needs and deleted within 30 days of a Client's written request.

Security

Records are stored in access-controlled accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. We do not sell data.
